As soon as the ordinances for two economic development incentives approved Thursday for the planned 24/7 Travel Store in Hays are published, the Salina-based company can begin its construction process.
Public hearings were held followed by ordinances to adopt a requested Tax Increment Financing District (TIF) and a requested Community Improvement District (CID) levying a 2% sales tax.
